I love it, and think that the 13-inch Macbook Pro is the greatest computer on the face of this planet. But yeah, Macs just work. But what if you've got a Macbook? You can't just plug in a second screen, you've got to head out to the store and buy a MiniDisplayPort adapter. And if Macs "Just worked" then there wouldn't be any tech support forums.
